Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in New Jersey with the ability to work from home with some on-site required for meetings and programs. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating program development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The Program Coordinator will also provide administrative support for committees and events and manage project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in program coordination, project management, or event planning
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using project management software
  • Experience working in healthcare or non-profit organizations is a plus

 

Physical Demands: Lifting up to 25 lbs., bending and stooping.
